Project Summary
Villa Bless transforms a damaged coastal house into a welcoming boutique villa for short-stay guests and family gatherings. The project rebuilds the structure, adds a new third-level guest floor, and reorients living areas toward the pool terrace and views. Classic Mediterranean elements; arched verandas, white balustrades, brick accents, and a deep timber eave, are refined and lit to create a warm evening presence.

• Rebuild & upgrade: structural repair, new roof, reinforced slabs, and improved envelope.
• Hospitality layout: generous ground-floor salon opening to an arcaded veranda; two guest levels above with shaded balconies.
• Pool court: stone terrace, mosaic pool, and lounge deck set up for events and summer living.
• Details & materials: lime render, face brick piers, timber soffits and shutters, stone paving.
• Lighting: layered façade lighting for safe access and a festive nighttime character.
