Agralu Residence

Project Summary

Agimi is a mid-rise, mixed-use development that activates its corner site with a sculptural cylindrical tower and a lively ground-floor retail edge. Above the commercial plinth, stepped residential floors open to deep, livable balconies. The black-and-white geometric relief on the corner core becomes the building’s signature by day and a luminous beacon by night.

Design Highlights
• Corner Tower Identity: hexagonal relief panels wrap the vertical core; integrated linear lighting turns the motif into a night landmark.
• Active Plinth: continuous ground-floor shopfronts with weather canopies and seating pockets to energize the sidewalk.
• Homes with Outdoor Rooms: generous balconies sized for dining and planting, providing shade and privacy while maximizing daylight.
• Clear Massing: dark base, light upper volumes, and a crisp cornice line for a calm urban silhouette.
• Durable Materials: fiber-cement/metal cladding, insulated render, laminated glazing, and easy-maintenance balcony rails.

Public Realm & Landscape
• Street trees and low planting frame entries and terraces.
• Setbacks at the corner create a small forecourt for café use and safer pedestrian flow.
