Project Description
Villa VIII reimagines a historic urban façade as a gracious threshold for a boutique hospitality experience. The renovation focuses on craft and proportion: carved stone frames and balustrades are carefully cleaned and repaired, paired with sculpted spiral columns and a restored timber entry crowned by a slender metal canopy. Arched window openings and ornamental bands are preserved to retain the villa’s character, while refined lighting highlights the relief and depth of the masonry at night. The result is an elegant street presence, warm, legible, and welcoming, that celebrates the building’s heritage and elevates the arrival sequence for guests.
