Project Description

This contemporary mixed-use building stands as a bold architectural statement through its dynamic composition of volumes and contrasting tones. The façade is characterized by interlocking cubic elements and accentuated red frames that break the linear rhythm, creating depth and visual movement. The combination of dark and light panels enhances the building’s verticality while maintaining a balanced modern aesthetic. Large glazed areas activate the ground level for commercial use, while upper floors host residential units that enjoy abundant light and framed urban views. The design merges geometry, function, and color into a distinctive landmark within the urban context.
