Concept
Villa Trinity is composed as three sculpted volumes gathered around a circular heart. The center becomes a light-court and roof garden, wrapped by slender vertical fins, bringing daylight and air deep into the house while creating a calm private focus. Each wing houses a distinct part of family life; living, sleeping, and service; so the plan reads clearly and life can unfold without crossings.

Architecture & Materiality
• Form: three pitched, faceted roofs intersecting a cylindrical courtyard; a play of rectangles and the circle.
• Façade: light stone/ceramic cladding panels with deep reveals; warm timber louvers for shade and privacy; dark metal bands to frame openings.
• Openings: long slot windows and corner glazing frame views into the garden and surrounding woodland.
• Levels: a semi-basement garage and service floor anchor the house; living spaces rise to the landscape; bedrooms enjoy elevated outlooks.
Site & Landscape
• The villa sits on a sloped, green plot.
• Terracing & retaining walls in natural stone integrate the building with the terrain.
• Approach: a gentle drive to the garage and a stepped entry sequence that stages arrival.
• Courtyard roof garden at the center softens the mass and improves microclimate.
Environmental Approach
• Compact massing around a ventilating atrium reduces energy loads.
• External timber screens and deep overhangs control summer sun.
• Green roof within the circular court improves insulation and rainwater management.
• Potential for solar integration on pitched roofs.
