Concept
“Chimney” takes its name from the tall, sculptural flue that becomes the home’s vertical landmark. A light, wave-shaped roof floats above stone-clad walls and crisp white volumes, while two framed box projections mark the main living rooms. The composition balances solidity and openness: deep loggias and balconies open to the garden; compact masses protect from sun and wind along the coast.
⸻
Architecture & Plan
• Form: curved roof canopy with a clear structural rhythm; vertical chimney tower as a focal element.
• Façade: mix of natural stone infill, white render bands, and warm plaster boxes; stainless-steel railings.
• Openings: tall corner windows and recessed balconies to catch sea breezes and daylight.
• Organization: social spaces on the ground level flowing to shaded terraces; bedrooms above with screened balconies; service areas tucked behind the stone spine.

Landscape
A simple, low-maintenance garden with shade trees and coastal planting frames the entrances and softens the paved areas, creating a calm buffer from the street.
