This project is a mixed-use urban residence that seamlessly integrates modern living with vibrant commercial activity. The building rises with a clean, vertical rhythm, characterized by large windows and a refined stone façade that emphasizes both elegance and functionality.

The ground floor is dedicated to commercial spaces, featuring double-height shopfronts with transparent glazing that enhance visibility and create an inviting pedestrian experience. Set back columns frame the retail units, giving rhythm to the street frontage while providing sheltered arcades for walking and social interaction. Warm interior lighting and wood finishes inside the shops contrast with the sleek exterior, making the commercial level a lively urban anchor.

Above, the residential units extend across multiple floors, each with balconies and full-height windows that ensure natural light and outdoor living. The upper levels introduce green terraces and planted balconies, softening the verticality and adding a sustainable, biophilic character.
