This eight-story mixed-use building redefines an urban corner through a clean, contemporary composition of geometric forms and layered materials. The ground floor hosts commercial spaces that activate the street level, while the upper levels accommodate residential apartments organized around efficient layouts and natural light. The façade’s rhythmic interplay of recessed frames and wooden textures creates depth and character, offering a dynamic visual identity both day and night. Integrated planters soften the modern lines, enhancing the building’s environmental and aesthetic quality, and making it a distinctive landmark within the dense urban fabric.
