Project Description

This contemporary mid-rise building presents a refined balance of geometry and material contrast. Composed of clean vertical and horizontal lines, the structure plays with depth and shadow through a dynamic interplay of projecting volumes and recessed planes. The crisp white envelope is punctuated by darker panels that emphasize the building’s slender proportions and vertical rhythm.
The façade design is articulated with strong linear frames and vertical fins, giving the structure a sense of lightness and motion, while maintaining a clear architectural order. Spacious balconies and full-height windows introduce natural light.
Set within a landscaped urban context, the building asserts a modern identity while harmonizing with its surroundings through scale, proportion, and orientation.
