Project Summary
Sea Side Hotel is a coastal refurbishment that updates a beloved 2007 building for today’s comfort, energy performance, and brand experience. The 2022 retrofit refreshed all guest areas, rethought circulation to the beach, and wrapped the exterior with a lighter, more contemporary language—while keeping the hotel open and functional through phased works.

• Modern identity: clean façades, warmer materials, and evening lighting that reads clearly from the promenade.
• Guest comfort: improved room acoustics, new bathrooms, and smarter storage.
• Fluid indoor–outdoor life: shaded terraces, sliding doors, and direct connections to the beach deck.
• Efficiency & resilience: upgraded envelope, services, and finishes built for heavy coastal use.
