Project Summary
This ten-story mixed-use building stands out through its dynamic volumetric composition and sculptural form. The design plays with staggered terraces, angled planes, and protruding volumes that break the rigidity of the urban block. A strong central vertical axis organizes the façade, while alternating layers of light and dark materials emphasize depth and rhythm. The upper floors culminate with cantilevered elements that create a striking skyline profile, giving the building a sense of upward motion and architectural boldness. At street level, commercial spaces activate the pedestrian front, while the residential units above enjoy generous balconies, natural light, and panoramic views, blending geometry, function, and urban presence into a cohesive architectural statement.
