Shën Gjergj Residence

Shën Gjergj Residence is a contemporary modular residence designed with a strong emphasis on geometry, greenery, and outdoor living. The structure is composed of interlocking cubic volumes, creating a dynamic façade with deep recesses and projecting frames that provide both privacy and shading. The crisp white exterior walls are contrasted with dark structural frames, giving the building a bold and sculptural identity.

Each unit is enriched with private terraces and balconies, many of which incorporate vertical greenery and planter boxes, seamlessly blending architecture with nature. The staggered arrangement of volumes allows for natural light penetration from multiple directions, maximizing views and creating a sense of openness.

The ground level integrates the housing with a landscaped public plaza, furnished with benches, trees, and pathways, fostering community interaction and pedestrian comfort. The design emphasizes sustainability and livability, merging modern architectural aesthetics with ecological awareness.
