Project Summary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remax Forum is conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of the ancient civic forum, a place where people gathered to exchange ideas, deliberate and make decisions, translated into a modern real estate office environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The spatial composition is anchored by a sculptural centerpiece: a slender classical obelisk crowned with a statue of Alexander the Great. The column rises from a large printed floor graphic resembling an ancient cartographic or astronomical diagram, reinforcing the narrative of time, history and orientation, a poetic metaphor for guiding clients toward their next property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workstations for agents are arranged in the open space, organized for visibility and collaboration. A dedicated waiting zone welcomes clients with warm-toned seating and curated artwork, creating a hospitable first impression. To the side, a fully enclosed meeting room in glass serves as the \u201cinner chamber\u201d of negotiation, visually exposed yet acoustically private. The bold red enclosure contrasts with the neutral concrete floor and white ceiling, making it a focal backdrop for confidential conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A modular shelving system lines the background, blending storage with display, while track lighting above highlights key moments in the interior: the sculptural obelisk, the desks, and the meeting zone. The overall design merges symbolic historic references with refined contemporary materials, achieving an environment that feels both ceremonial and efficient, a forum for real estate discourse in the 21st century.
