About the work
The artwork “The Wolves Have Arrived”, created by foreign sculptor Lio Ruowang with the support of Inceptio Studio and Albanian sculptor Alfred Marashi, is the second work to be placed in Malësia e Madhe, near the roundabout at the entrance to Koplik. The monumental sculptures create a moving choreography, a dance that interacts with the alpine landscape and with the travelers passing by.
This sculpture is expected to attract all curious travelers who cross this national axis, which is being enriched with such works of art.
Context & Program
“The Wolves Have Arrived” was announced as a winning entry of the International Competition “Art in Public Spaces”, coordinated by the Ministry of Culture, in support of independent artists.
